After disconnection, PromoHub will stop using the stored connection credentials for future publishing or account-management actions.

When submitting a deletion request, please provide enough information for PromoHub to identify the relevant account, such as the email address associated with your PromoHub account.
PromoHub will review the request and take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to the appropriate account.
After verification, applicable personal information will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legitimate security, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
If you have authorized PromoHub to access Facebook or Instagram information, you may disconnect the relevant social account from PromoHub and request deletion of applicable information obtained through that connection.
You may also manage permissions for third-party applications through the settings provided by the applicable Meta platform.
Certain records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, maintain financial or transaction records, protect the security of PromoHub, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve disputes.
To request deletion of your applicable PromoHub data, contact PromoHub through its official support or contact channel and state that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.
